A surprising percentage of the population have never been able to wear earbuds. Poor ergonomics cause discomfort during long listening periods and a lack of stability in the ear causes lost buds and frustration. Comfy offers a unique solution that solves these issues in an elegant package full of personality.

Mood

The audio market is saturated with overly masculine and technical design. Know wanted a design language that was more inclusive and inviting.

Process

We quickly found the optimum battery shape, volume and its placement in relation to the ear. *Pro tip for comfort, battery volumes should never be located in the concha.

Stability

A co-molded fin cap provides superior comfort and stability. Removable and replaceable with different sizes. Nice.

Process

Over 40 versions of the driver housing and stability fin were prototyped and tested with an independent group. This data proved to be an invaluable resource in making ears happy.

Perfect Fit

A complexly molded TPU cradle provides a solid and secure sensation when storing Comfy’s buds in the case.
